Quality Assurance

We strictly inspect every working procedure from raw material to delivery of finished products and prepare corresponding inspection frequencies according to the characteristics of different products and working procedures.

At the initial management stage of new products in mass production (normally 3 months), higher inspection frequency is executed.

Quality Management Department provides technicians with professionalism spirit and skills to execute inspection in strict accordance with QC Engineering Drawing and Inspection Standard so as to ensure that the engineering capability of every product and working procedure meets the requirements.

Equipments for quality assurance

General measurement

Provide general measuring tools with a precision range of 0.02~0.005mm to measure height, depth, outer diameter, inner diameter and jerk value.

Important measurement 1

Three-coordinate measuring instrument can be used to inspect some important dimensions, form and position.

Special gauge

Provide special gauges according to different product requirements, and implement quick, accurate and effective full inspection in online production.

Important measurement 2

According to some important positions (such as inner diameter, outer diameter and depth), an air gauge can be used for full inspection. Dimension data can be collected quickly so as to manage real-time production.

Coating aging test

Coating should be tested and evaluated (entrusted for inspection) on a regular basis.

Film thickness inspection

Measure product’s coating and plating thickness.

Coating mechanics performance testing

Test product’s coating performance on a regular basis, including bending, impact and adhesion test.

Destruction test

Conduct destruction and peeling test for concealed work (such as welding) so as to assess the reliability of the work.

Gloss measurement

Measure the gloss of product surface coating.

Hazardous substance inspection

Inspect product ingredients on a regular basis so as to ensure that they are compliant with RoHS environmental requirements (entrusted inspection).
