R&D Concept

• As automotive design tends to be safe, energy-saving and environmental, the parts will be required to be more precise and lightweight. When the manufacturing cost is being reduced, to accomplish this task will be rather difficult. The shapes of deep-drawn forming metal parts are more and more complicated and changeful, and they are used to replace the parts produced with machining process. Debao people will actively participate in it, keep developing more advanced process, contribute to the upstream in automotive industry and take it as the momentum to march forward!
• Technical Department sets up Design Section and Mold Manufacturing Section. They are responsible for providing main equipments required for mold design software and mold manufacturing, developing, trial-manufacturing, manufacturing and maintaining molds, customizing and changing the whole process of stamping process, quickly provide customers with samples produced with molds in trial manufacturing and mass production or manual samples and actively participate in customers’ development projects.
• Keep learning and acquiring advanced metal plastic deformation technology, abandon traditional processes, have a bold attempt on the latest materials and process and keep exploration and practice to overcome the defects of highly fluctuating material performances in China, simplify traditional machining process and ensure the size stability while products are manufactured in large batch. Excel in controlling product form and location (roundness, cylindricity, concentricity, position, parallelism and perpendicularity) and tolerance precision.
• Present VA proposal to customers, keep optimizing product process and performance by utilizing the developed mold technologies and stamping processes, realize upgrade and update of traditional products, effectively reduce product cost, remain product advancement and market competitiveness and assist customers in improving import substitution rate of automotive parts.

 

Environmental protection

• For years, the company has been following such a principle that in the process of product development and production, time cycle of each link should maximally be shortened, resource consumption should be reduced, productivity should be improved, and the manufacturing and recovering cost should be reduced. This serves as an action guideline medium and long-term development plan.
• ISO 14001 2004 environment management system was passed in the middle of August 2009.
• Planted Evergreen trees and turfs are planted in the vacant lots of factory and nearby the roads.
• 1,500m2 canopy of the warehouse collects rainwater to artificial pond for plant irrigation.
• The canopies of factory and warehouse are provided with translucent tiles for lighting and reducing daily power consumption for lighting.
• The packing materials are made of non-foamed and degradable paper.
• Electro-galvanized products are processed with environmental plating solution excluding chromium VI.
• Non-organic solvent, non-toxic, non-volatile, environmental waterborne degreasing, antirust and phosphorized paint is provided in the painting lines.
• Low energy consumption and heating mode for natural gas combustion is adopted for baking tunnel in the painting line.
